FazioAI, an AI-native technology company within G. R. Fazio, Inc., today announced its public position as the world’s first fully AI-run company. The claim reflects a documented operating model in which artificial intelligence serves as the company’s default workforce and orchestration layer, while humans retain ownership, legal authority, fiduciary responsibility, risk governance, and control over consequential decisions.

Unlike companies that use AI only within a product, a department, or an employee productivity tool, FazioAI was designed from inception around AI-directed operations. AI systems help plan work, conduct research, design and develop products, write and test software, maintain documentation, monitor workflows, identify federal business opportunities, analyze requirements, prepare recommendations, and execute authorized processes across the company.
